These Fillets come Raw and are Individually Quick Frozen (IQF)

The total weight indicated on the packaging is 14 lbs., which includes additional packaging materials such as dry ice. However, the actual weight of the product itself is 4 lbs.

Shipping Information
Please note that the Shipping Weight includes enough Dry Ice to keep your package cold for several days.
We try to ship orders within a few days, depending on the supply or availability of Dry Ice.
Please note when order volume exceeds expectations, some shipments are postponed until more Dry Ice is available.
We normally ship orders in the sequence they are received, unless special arrangements are requested.
We’ll ship your package via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air.
Once shipped, your package should arrive in 1 or 2 days.
We do not ship on Thursday & Friday, to ensure your package can be delivered before the weekend.
We do not ship across weekends because extra transit time exceeds the effective time of Dry Ice.
We cannot ship to PO boxes, FPO or APO addresses. Currently we ONLY ship to continental US addresses.

HOLY SMOKES!
The day my order arrived I divide and vacuum sealed it into serving amounts and froze all but 3 of them. Those I let defrost, seasoned and fried with homemade hush puppies... DELICIOUS is just a word... these were thick, beautiful, obviously so fresh and wonderful. I had one and a half for supper and the other one and a half for breakfast the next day wishing I had more leftover fried for later!! These are such a wonderful size! They arrived in a great foam ice chest! I will enjoy the other fillets later and will most certainly be back in touch when I'm down to the last few. Your fish are wonderful, I can't begin to say how thankful I am to have seen Brenda Gantt's video of her visit to your amazing catfish farm! I can't begin to recommend your fish high enough!
