    This size bag is typically paired with any 15 lb. box of catfish. Our breading is not just for catfish! It can also be used for fried green tomatoes, okra, shrimp, or even chicken!
     
    Ingredients: Yellow Corn Meal, Yellow Corn Flour, Salt, Spices, Monosodium Glutamate, Paprika, Garlic Powder, and Citric Acid

  • Shipping Information

    Please note that the Shipping Weight includes enough Dry Ice to keep your package cold for several days.

    We try to ship orders within a few days, depending on the supply or availability of Dry Ice.

    Please note when order volume exceeds expectations, some shipments are postponed until more Dry Ice is available.

    We normally ship orders in the sequence they are received, unless special arrangements are requested.

    We’ll ship your package via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air.

    Once shipped, your package should arrive in 1 or 2 days.

    We do not ship on Thursday & Friday, to ensure your package can be delivered before the weekend.

    We do not ship across weekends because extra transit time exceeds the effective time of Dry Ice.

    We cannot ship to PO boxes, FPO or APO addresses. Currently we ONLY ship to continental US addresses.
