    These Fillets come Raw and are Individually Quick Frozen (IQF)

    The total weight indicated on the packaging is 28 lbs., which includes additional packaging materials such as dry ice. However, the actual weight of the product itself is 15 lbs.

  • Shipping Information

    Please note that the Shipping Weight includes enough Dry Ice to keep your package cold for several days.

    We try to ship orders within a few days, depending on the supply or availability of Dry Ice.

    Please note when order volume exceeds expectations, some shipments are postponed until more Dry Ice is available.

    We normally ship orders in the sequence they are received, unless special arrangements are requested.

    We’ll ship your package via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air.

    Once shipped, your package should arrive in 1 or 2 days.

    We do not ship on Thursday & Friday, to ensure your package can be delivered before the weekend.

    We do not ship across weekends because extra transit time exceeds the effective time of Dry Ice.

    We cannot ship to PO boxes, FPO or APO addresses. Currently we ONLY ship to continental US addresses.

      My first order was shipped promptly & set to deliver on Friday Sept 27. Our area was devastated by Hurricane Helene and the shipment did not arrive until the following week. Superior was super responsive and understanding, they sent out a replacement shipment right away. Again, the shipment was to arrive on Friday, but we ended up getting it on Saturday. All was well and we decided on a Sunday Fish Fry.......OH MY GOODNESS, this fish is AMAZING! The taste, the size, the consistency. I cant say enough good! Superior has snagged some customers for life! Thank you for the amazing customer service through all of our issues.
