    This fillet gives the consumer the most choices for cooking. It is small enough to be deep fried as a whole fillet yet large enough to be grilled or baked and still give the appearance of a well-filled plate. 

    This 15lb. Box of (3-5oz.) Fillets contains (50-60 pcs.) of catfish. It approximately feeds 30 people (1/2 lb. per person)

    These Fillets come Raw and are Individually Quick Frozen (IQF)

    The total weight indicated on the packaging is 28 lbs., which includes additional packaging materials such as dry ice. However, the actual weight of the product itself is 15 lbs.

  • Shipping Information

    Please note that the Shipping Weight includes enough Dry Ice to keep your package cold for several days.

    We try to ship orders within a few days, depending on the supply or availability of Dry Ice.

    Please note when order volume exceeds expectations, some shipments are postponed until more Dry Ice is available.

    We normally ship orders in the sequence they are received, unless special arrangements are requested.

    We’ll ship your package via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air.

    Once shipped, your package should arrive in 1 or 2 days.

    We do not ship on Thursday & Friday, to ensure your package can be delivered before the weekend.

    We do not ship across weekends because extra transit time exceeds the effective time of Dry Ice.

    We cannot ship to PO boxes, FPO or APO addresses. Currently we ONLY ship to continental US addresses.

      Packed very well. Fillets were nice and about the same size. They were very easy to remove from the box too. Fried up perfectly, very tasty. Will definitely reorder again..
