    This 15lb. Box of (5-7oz.) Fillets contains (35-40 pcs.) of catfish. It approximately feeds 30 people (1/2 lb. per person)

    These Fillets come Raw and are Individually Quick Frozen (IQF)

  • Shipping Information

    Please note that the Shipping Weight includes enough Dry Ice to keep your package cold for several days.

    We try to ship orders within a few days, depending on the supply or availability of Dry Ice.

    Please note when order volume exceeds expectations, some shipments are postponed until more Dry Ice is available.

    We normally ship orders in the sequence they are received, unless special arrangements are requested.

    We’ll ship your package via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air.

    Once shipped, your package should arrive in 1 or 2 days.

    We do not ship on Thursday & Friday, to ensure your package can be delivered before the weekend.

    We do not ship across weekends because extra transit time exceeds the effective time of Dry Ice.

    We cannot ship to PO boxes, FPO or APO addresses. Currently we ONLY ship to continental US addresses.

      I will never buy my catfish from anywhere else. So glad I found this site and company. So fresh and so good. You can't go wrong with Superior Catfish. :)

      Let me just say your catfish is absolutely delicious! I just fried it with a lil bit of White Lily self rising white cornflour ( Brenda Ganett recipe) and fried it! It was so moist and delicious! For the first time my husband didn’t complain about my bulk food ordering! I say “bulk” because I never thought 15 lbs of catfish was that many fish! Boy was I wrong! It’s a ton! We’ll be eating catfish for months…. No complaints about that though! We will definitely buy from you again when we run out!
